Office Policies


A patient recommendation of our services is the highest compliment we can receive.

Please know that our appointment book is always open for one of your friends or family members.


Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Saturday, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Please provide us with at least 24 hours advance notice for any appointment changes. This will enable us to better accommodate another patient.


A credit card is necessary to secure an appointment for consultation. Any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance will be charged $50 to your credit card. Failure to cancel a procedural appointment may be charged one half of the procedure fee. For those patients scheduling surgical procedures such as Laser Lipo or Fractionated CO2 Resurfacing, 50% of the fee is applied at the time of scheduling and the balance is due 2 weeks before procedure date. Cancellation of a surgical procedure must be made within 48 hours of the date of your procedure, otherwise, a non-refundable fee of 50% of your procedure will be applied.


Prescription refills are handled during office hours when we have full access to your medical records. Refills are not routinely filled on holidays, weekends, or if you have not been seen for more than six months.
